Hi… now you have come inside to Crocker Springs' Sun Room!!

This room is a favorite of all the guests, in all the seasons. From snowy days to bright sunshine and even a thunderstorm is a sight to behold from this room. Just outside are all the bird feeders and we have numerous feathered friends visiting there!! As you can see, Crocker Springs is so much more than just a B&B. So, come on in, scroll down and take a glance at some of our rooms.

The Parlor

… is one of the 3 common rooms in which our guests enjoy relaxing. The fire in the fireplace crackles, the background music creates a soothing feeling and the bookcase is full of both new and old books…. One is even dated 1880, the year the house was built!

We have three bedrooms to choose from, with a flare of their own and each is a favorite of someone in the "family"! The guest rooms are tastefully decorated and designed to "look old" but with all the modern conveniences you would want. All three rooms include a ceiling fan, central heat & air, a comfortable chair for relaxing and reading and spacious bathrooms. Our guests frequently comment on how much they appreciate our bathrooms and those "great showers"!

The Rose Room

... includes an antique iron youth/day bed (delightful to curl up on when reading), a Queen size bed and a claw foot bathtub with shower.

This room becomes a suite when combined with the Blue Sitting Room (another common room when not reserved as part of the suite) which hosts another fireplace with crackling fire and television. The suite is suitable for a family or a couple who would like some extra room.

Stefanie's Quilt Room

... is warm and inviting with a Queen size feather bed (on orthopedic mattress) along with a large shower in the private bathroom.

The comment from this room is they don't want to get out of the bed in the morning!!

Todd's Paisley Room
(A personal favorite of Todd)

... hosts a high backed antique oak bed (Queen size) along with a large private bath with a tub/shower.

Reservation Information:

Rates:
$100 - $200 nightly, plus taxes

Preferred method of payment: Cash, personal checks, travelers checks - Credit cards are accepted when necessary.

Reservations: Accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. A deposit in the amount of the first night's charge is required.

Cancellation: 10 days or more prior to arrival, deposit returned in full. Cancellation with less than 10 days notice, your deposit, minus $15.00 cancellation fee, will be returned promptly only if we are able to rebook the room.

Check-in time: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. (Unless previously arranged).

Check-out time: 11:30 a.m.
